Fund
- The BCMF will have its own separate fund.
- The followings will be income to the foundation;
- The donations, gifts and assistance granted by Government of Nepal, national and international agencies and individuals.
- Entry fees, annual membership fees and renewal fees of the foundation.
- The properties earned by the foundation.
- The investment of the foundation and other capital incomes.
- Other incomes.
- The income will be deposited in the bank account, which will be handled jointly by either one of president or secretary and treasurer. In the absence of the treasurer, the account will be handled by one of the official of member of the working committee as appointed by the working committee.
Auditing
- The accounts and records of the foundation will be audited by the auditor which is appointed by the general assembly and he/she must be recognized by his Majesty’s Government of Nepal.
- The working committee will present income and expenditure report to the general assembly through its treasurer.
